Job Summary:

RTO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end vehicle registration processes for commercial and private vehicles.
Liaise with RTO authorities for permit applications, RC transfers, road tax payments, NOCs, and fitness certifications.
Ensure compliance with MV Act, state-specific RTO norms, and transport department regulations.
Maintain and update RTO documentation, databases, and trackers.
Coordinate with dealerships, agents, and internal teams for smooth processing.
Manage challans, insurance endorsements, PUC, and other statutory requirements.
Resolve any RTO-related issues and ensure timely closures.
Keep the company updated on policy changes and amendments in transport laws.
Supervise RTO assistants or agents (if any) and ensure process discipline.
Generate MIS reports and present status updates to management.
1-3 years of hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, social media ads, or SEM strategy
Ability to handle multiple campaigns with tight deadlines
Experience in client-facing roles and performance-based digital marketing agencies
