Role & responsibilities The Franchise Field Executive is responsible for supporting ONN Bikes franchise partners through on ground assistance, operational oversight, and documentation support. While primarily field-based within the assigned city, the role also involves providing remote operational support to PAN India franchisee partners during off-field hours. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Onboarding & Station Setup Assist new partners with vehicle procurement and setting up their stations. Support in scouting and evaluating locations for new franchise setups. Coordinate branding, inventory readiness, and training for new franchisees.
