RTDS OPS SUPPORT ENGINEER

This is the entry level job. Provide 24/7 Operation Support in Real Time Drilling Operations while working on rotating shift pattern, Troubleshoot and resolve issues faced by end users in real time within set SLA.

Responsibilities

• Proactive monitor Real time Drilling operations with confidential working environment across the globe using web-based application.
• QA/QC of Drilling data in Real Time including data from Mud logging, MWD/LWD.
• Report data discrepancy and assist in resolution.
• Provide Primary level Telephonic and remote support to application end users.
• Completion of all required training per given timelines.
  

Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2-4 years related experience
• BE/ B. Tech.: Petroleum, BSc. & MSc. Geology
