Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an RSM (Regional Sales Manager) located in Agra. The RSM will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include sales forecasting, setting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Qualifications

Strong sales management and business development skills
Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Leadership and team management experience
Knowledge of the financial services and banking industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
