Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Fulfilment team, ensuring seamless execution of contests, travel programs, and vendor management processes.

Role Objective :

To manage end-to-end fulfilment of contests and R&R programs, vendor management, and travel/event logistics while ensuring cost optimization, timely delivery, and high-quality experiences for qualifiers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Select gifts and rewards within the defined budget during contest/program designing.

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment of contests & programs within defined processes.

• Lead vendor selection, negotiation, onboarding, and evaluation for fulfilment requirements.

• Coordinate with Sales teams for contest/program communication related to R&R.

• Manage invoicing and payments by providing necessary details to Accounts.

• Oversee creation of certificates, plaques, and trophies for felicitations.

• Monitor and audit vendor performance periodically.

• Supervise fulfilment-related call centre operations and handle R&R query portal.

• Prepare travel data (HUB-wise) for visa processing, ticketing, rooming, and itinerary.

• Coordinate with travel partners and communicate with qualifiers/travellers.

• Share tickets, travel plans, and updates with Sales teams & qualifiers.

• Support audits, reviews, and data reporting for management.

• Provide monthly fulfilment provisions to Accounts team.

• Execute any other event-related requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :

Education:

Experience: 5+ years in R&R fulfilment, event logistics, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), or convention management.

Skills/Competencies:

• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience in R&R fulfilment and travel program execution
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
