Role & responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for client requirements (IT).
Source candidates using
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
, social media & referrals.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client needs.
Coordinate with
hiring managers
for interviews and feedback.
Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth
onboarding

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Meet defined
SLA, TAT, and hiring targets
consistently.
Ensure compliance with
client recruitment processes
