RPO Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from requisition intake sourcing screening interviews offer/negotiation onboarding.
  
• Engage with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, team culture, timeline and provide consultative support.
  
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies: sourcing (job-boards, social media, networking, referrals), outreach for both active and passive candidates, building talent pipelines.
  
• Conduct candidate screening and evaluation (resume shortlisting, phone/video/in-person interviews, assessments, cultural fit).
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers; manage interview logistics, feedback loop, candidate communication.
  
• Maintain strong candidate & client relationships; consultative approach to solve hiring challenges, manage expectations, counsel candidates when needed.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field).
  
• 13 years (or more) of experience in recruiting — ideally with exposure to RPO, agency, or high-volume hiring environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools & technologies: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, sourcing tools, etc.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, clients; negotiate offers; represent employer brand.
  
• Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills — able to manage multiple requisitions/clients simultaneously and meet deadlines.
