Position Overview:

Advent Global Solutions Private Limited is currently seeking an accomplished Recruitment Process Executive(RPO) Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support where needed across the entire talent acquisition process.

2. Offer consultative and innovative solutions to bring quality candidates on board.

3. Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Provide recruitment expertise to clients across various sectors.

5. Should be able to partner with clients and align with client's mission and culture.

6. Get benchmarks and best practices across the industry by understanding the talent market trends.

7. Collaborate internally to ensure alignment of recruitment tactics with business needs.

8. Should possess deep technical and subject matter knowledge to work as an Individual contributor.

9. Must be willing to travel to the client location whenever required for walk-in drives(may also be on weekends).

Requirement and Skills:

1. A bachelors degree in human resources, business or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience from an RPO environment.

3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Good networking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
