Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal teams and external candidates. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for manpower closures. Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for recruitment reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Understanding of manufacturing environments, safety norms, and factory culture.
