RPO (IT)

Role Overview: You have a fantastic opportunity to join as an IT Recruitments/Client Partner in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team located in Pune, Hinjewadi. With over 1.5 years of experience, you will be expected to work on-site for 5 days a week. Your primary responsibility will be to handle IT recruitments and manage client relationships effectively. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitments and client handling, showcasing a track record of sourcing top-quality CVs and engaging with clients proficiently. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and fulfill client requirements will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the key contact person between the client and the RPO team, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. - Develop recruitment strategies aligned with client objectives, providing valuable market insights and data-driven recommendations. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews through various channels. - Ensure a positive candidate experience, including effective communication about roles and expectations. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaborate with the client's HR and hiring managers. - Work closely with offsite RPO teams to ensure seamless delivery. - Perform reporting and analytics, providing updates and reports on recruitment activities and analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitments and client handling. - Proven track record of sourcing top-quality CVs and engaging with clients proficiently.
