RPA Lead

As a Lead RPA Developer at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of RPA developers and engineers to deliver top-notch automation solutions for our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with onshore teams and clients to grasp business requirements and craft RPA solutions that align with their needs. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to our offshore RPA team members while ensuring the successful completion of RPA projects from planning to maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the entire RPA project lifecycle, monitoring performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and staying updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices. Effective communication with stakeholders, compliance with regulations and security standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives will also be vital aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in robotic process automation. Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is essential, along with strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET. Your leadership capabilities, team management skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be crucial for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include RPA certification(s) from recognized organizations, experience in a client-facing or consulting role, and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
