Job Description

Automation Strategy & Execution:

Identify and prioritize automation opportunities using process mining tools (e. g. , Power Automate Process Advisor, Celonis).
Design and implement end-to-end process automation solutions across Syngene Functional Units to delivery value benefits.

AI & Hyper automation Integration:

Integrate AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, and OpenAI APIs for intelligent document processing, natural language understanding, and decision automation.
Deploy hyper automation frameworks combining RPA, AI, ML, low-code apps, and analytics to streamline complex pharma operations.

Platform & Infrastructure Management:

Set up and manage RPA infrastructure using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows), ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Integrate RPA with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) and external systems (e. g. , LIMS, CTMS, ERP).

Collaboration & Leadership:

Collaborate with IT, QA, regulatory, and business teams.
Mentor automation team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Power Platform ecosystem: Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder.
Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, document intelligence, and ML model deployment.
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for advanced automation scenarios.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub), and DevOps practices.
Understanding of hyper automation architecture and process orchestration tools.
