RPA Lead

You will be working in customer-facing roles, understanding business requirements, and conducting process assessments. Your responsibilities will include conducting architectural evaluations, designing and analyzing automation deployments, and having hands-on experience in bot design, development, testing, and debugging. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical documentation, driving best practice design, and identifying reusable components. Additionally, you will be expected to research, recommend, and implement new processes and technologies to enhance service quality. Collaborating with the pre-sales team to estimate efforts and develop solutions will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 8 to 12 years of experience in RPA development and deployment. Certifications in RPA platforms, specifically UiPath or Power Automate, are preferred. Hands-on experience in development or support projects, working in an Agile SCRUM environment, and possessing strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be able to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. Leadership skills to lead teams, including developers and junior developers, and knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, Python, or .Net, will also be beneficial.,
