Job Summary:

RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or others.
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and gather detailed requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and optimize automation solutions.
Develop reusable components and libraries to improve development efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing bots and workflows to ensure smooth operation.
Document development processes, workflows, and user guides.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for coding, security, and compliance.
Monitor deployed bots and support post-deployment activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in RPA technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with workflow automation tools and APIs integration.
Familiarity with database querying (SQL) and data manipulation.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
Experience in process documentation and creating user manuals.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts related to intelligent automation.
Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer) is a plus.
