Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain automation workflows using

    Blue Prism

    .
  • Build robust, optimized scripts and automation utilities using

    Core Python

    .
  • Integrate Python scripts with RPA workflows where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the US-based business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Participate in solution design, workflow optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in automation.
  • Document processes, maintain version control, and perform peer code reviews.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation across business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 610 years

    of total experience in software development or automation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

    • Blue Prism (minimum 4 years preferred)

    • Core Python (minimum 2.5 years preferred)

  • Solid understanding of RPA concepts, automations lifecycle, and object-oriented development.
  • Experience in API integrations, exception handling, and reusable component design.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable coordinating with

    US-based teams
