Job Description

RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using
Blue Prism / UiPath / Automation Anywhere
.
Build automation scripts and tools using
VBA
, macros, and Excel automation.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements.
Conduct testing, deployment, and support for RPA bots in production.
Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA tool:

Blue Prism
UiPath
Automation Anywhere

Strong experience in
VBA, Excel Macros, and automation scripting
.
Good understanding of
SDLC
, workflow design, and process mapping.
Experience with
Orchestrator
,
Control Room
, or
Bot Management
tools (depending on RPA platform).
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of .NET / Python (optional but a plus).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
RPA Certifications (UiPath/Blue Prism/AA) preferred.
