RPA Developer

Location:

AhmedabadWe are seeking an experienced

RPA Developer

with strong expertise in

Automation Anywhere (A360 and v11)

to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable RPA bots, migrating legacy bots from v11 to A360, and ensuring automation best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and v11.
Work closely with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
Migrate existing bots from Automation Anywhere v11 to A360 ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
Develop reusable components and maintain RPA code libraries for scalability.
Perform bot testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliable automation outcomes.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all automation processes and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation within defined timelines.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed bots in production environments.

Mandatory Skills

4–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere (A360 and v11).
Strong background in programming/scripting (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript, or .NET).
Experience in bot migration from Automation Anywhere v11 to A360.
Sound understanding of RPA architecture, control room, and deployment processes.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Have Skills

Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) or equivalent certification.
Experience integrating RPA with other systems or APIs.
Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices for automation delivery.
