Description
The RPA Developer role involves designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a strong technical background, a deep understanding of business processes, and a demonstrated ability to create effective automation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, designing efficient bots to automate various business processes, and ensuring that automation solutions adhere to best practices and standards. You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather process requirements, conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities, and document automated processes comprehensively. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular updates to optimize existing bots. Quality assurance will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving thorough testing of RPA solutions, participation in peer reviews, and the development and execution of test plans for automated processes. Collaboration and communication skills are essential as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions successfully. Effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and training end-users on automated processes will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in Automation Anywhere tools and technologies is a must, along with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work are also required. While not mandatory, certification in Automation Anywhere, familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, knowledge of Agile development methodologies, understanding of web services and API integration, programming skills in languages like Python or .NET, and knowledge of SQL and database management would be advantageous.,
