Ensure that all automated processes run smoothly and reliably. API Integration : Utilize your working knowledge of REST APIs to integrate external systems and services into RPA workflows. Implement API calls to enhance bot functionality and data exchange. SFTP Workflows : Work with SFTP workflows to facilitate secure data transfers between systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data during automation processes. Basic HTML/XML Parsing : Apply basic HTML and XML parsing techniques to extract and process data from various sources, enabling the bots to interact with web pages or APIs efficiently. Incident Handling : Follow structured processes for incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution. Provide timely support to ensure continuity of automated processes and minimal disruption.
