Rpa Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools and technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver efficient automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation using RPA technology.
  
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools such as

  , or others.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and best practices for scalable automation.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain deployed bots to ensure smooth operation.
  
• Document development processes, test cases, and user manuals.
  
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.
  
• Stay updated on latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying enhancements to existing bots and workflows.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience in RPA development using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  
• Strong programming skills in languages such as VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  
• Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
  
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and integration techniques.
  
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  

Preferred:

• RPA certifications from UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
  
• Experience with cognitive automation, AI, and machine learning integration.
  
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.
  
• Experience in process mining and task mining tools
