The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bankThe Central ops processes role is responsible for pan-India monitoring and implementation of policies and modification of processes of as per requirement They are also responsible for regulatory reporting process compliance They are also responsible for analysis of existing processes and recommendation of process changes to ensure cost savings, optimization of resources and enhancement of operational efficiencyResponsible for identification of process risks and defining manual and system controls to mitigate the risksResponsible for operationalizing new SBB Loan products as per requirement from business in co-ordination with technology team for various system developmentsEnsure Process Management - Regulatory and Process CompliancesEnsure fee recovery and income booking - Income LeakageEnsure customer request and query resolution within the stipulated TATResponsible for audit and compliance for Central Ops related activitiesEnsure closure of daily activity within TAT (Disb Request, updating Stock statement, DP, Insurance, Inspection etc)Responsible for Report Management for overall portfolio (irregularities , exception management of transactions)Ensure Manpower Management - Training, support for preparation of SOP & Process improvement, Special assignment, support provided to Existing CPC, participation in new initiatives /testing etcEnsure Process Management - Effective implementation of Operational Risk management frameworkQualificationsGraduate / Post graduate in ManagementExperience in a large consumer lending organization handling central / regional role in OperationsRole ProficienciesKnowledge of banking products and servicesAbility to work as a part of a teamCollaborationCustomer SensitiveComplianceTransparency
