No of Vacancies1Reports toSr Manager/ AVPIs a Team leader?Y/NTeam SizeGradeDeputy Manager/ ManagerBusinessRetail OperationsDepartmentService RecoverySub-DepartmentRBO / SRDS / DSLocationMumbaiAbout Name of BUThe Digital Servicing team - Bots / STPs / Process improvement / AppsAbout the RoleThe role holder will undertake projects across a wide variety of high-profile digital / strategic intiatives for the Digital Servicing team - Bots / STPs / Process improvement / AppsManage Digital Servicing projects including:Liaison with Business Leads / IT colleagues to manage all activities related to the projectCapture key information including objectives, benefits, risks, dependencies, scope, resources and costsUndertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks & issues as requiredIdentify, document, analyse and ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aimsTesting and develop controls around digital initiatives / ProcessMaintaining post production effectiveness of deployments and change managementManage project progress as per committed timelines, performance and quality, including evaluation and benefits realisationManage project meeting requirements, producing & presenting written and oral reports/management informationIdentify user /customer training needs and ensure appropriate training is providedQualificationsGraduation/Post graduation- Well versed with branch banking and regulatory guidelines Should have banking experienceRole ProficienciesExperience of successfully managing projects through all stages of project life-cycleExperience of managing Customer experience / Improvement projectsExtensive knowledge & experience of a range of project management techniques and tools, including relevant software (eg MS Project)
