Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our electronic components inventory and procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronics, be organized in maintaining stock records, and be capable of identifying and negotiating with vendors for component sourcing Maintain and update inventory records for all robotics components. Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for components and materials. Handle purchase orders, quotations, and billing coordination. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory. Work closely with the R&D and production teams to forecast component requirements. Conduct regular audits of stock and maintain accurate documentation. Assist in cost optimization through effective vendor management and price negotiation. Operate the laser cutting machine for STEM toy and robotic kit production.
