Key Responsibilities:

Robotics Training

• Conduct interactive robotics classes and workshops for students of various age groups.
• Teach programming concepts, electronics fundamentals, and sensor-based projects using

  Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and Micro:bit

  .
• Guide students in assembling robots, writing code, testing circuits, and troubleshooting errors.

Project Development

• Mentor students in developing hands-on robotics models, IoT projects, and automation systems.
• Assist in preparing robotics competition projects, exhibitions, and STEM fairs.
• Encourage problem-solving, innovation, and creativity through project-based learning.

Curriculum & Lesson Planning

• Deliver curriculum modules as per the organization’s standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, and teaching materials.
• Keep training content updated with new technologies and advancements.

Lab & Equipment Management

• Manage robotics kits, tools, sensors, controllers, and electronic components.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper usage of lab equipment.
• Maintain inventory and report damaged or missing components.

Reporting & Support

• Track student progress and maintain attendance records.
• Coordinate with academic coordinators, school authorities, and internal teams.
• Provide feedback to parents/management when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CS), Robotics, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Robotics/STEM/Coding Instructor.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Arduino (C/C++), Raspberry Pi (Python), and Micro:bit (MakeCode/Python)

  .
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, motors, circuits, and IoT basics.
• Good understanding of block-based and text-based programming.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with students.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with 3D printing, drones, AI kits, and automation tools.
• Exposure to robotics kits like LEGO, VEX, or MakeBlock.
• Ability to create lesson plans and training content.
• Experience in conducting competitions or techno-fests.
