Robotics Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Programming and Setup: Program and set up robotic systems based on project requirements using specialized robot programming languages like ABB's RAPID or Fanuc's KAREL .

- Operation and Monitoring: Operate robotic systems to perform tasks such as material handling, CNC, assembly, welding, painting, or inspection. Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.

- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks on robotic systems, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration. Troubleshoot technical issues related to robot operation, programming, and peripheral equipment.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that robotic operations meet quality standards and specifications by conducting regular inspections, testing, and validation procedures.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Follow safety procedures when operating, programming, and maintaining robotic systems.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of programming codes, maintenance activities, and operational procedures. Prepare reports and documentation as required by the organization or regulatory agencies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to troubleshoot problems, implement improvements, and optimize robotic operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in robotics, automation, or a related field may be preferred.

- Previous experience in operating and programming robotic systems, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in programming languages specialized robot programming languages (e.g., ABB's RAPID, Fanuc's KAREL).

- Familiarity with robotic hardware, controllers, sensors, and peripheral equipment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to robotics and automation systems.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.

- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the success of the team.

- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and guidelines in all aspects of work.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
