Coordinate with academic teams for onboarding, refunds, and escalations. Share regular feedback to marketing team for better ad performance and lead quality. Ideal Candidate Profile (with leadership edge): 3–5 years in B2C/EdTech sales, including at least 1–2 years in team management . Ability to work solo and scale up into a player-coach sales leader. Experience managing 1–4 salespeople (or interest in building team from scratch). Strong analytical skills: You understand conversion rates, cost per lead, funnel drop-offs , etc. Experience in parent engagement and high-trust sales cycles .
