Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for IML, IBM, and EBM machines.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and robotic system issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain robotic systems (ABB, Fanuc, or similar) for packaging and material handling processes.
Support the installation, setup, and calibration of robotics and automation equipment.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Maintain maintenance logs, records, and equipment history for audit and reporting purposes.
Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.
