About the Role


  • We are looking for a talented and motivated Robotic Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, simulating, and programming robotic systems using ROS2, Python, and C++. You will play a key role in developing motion planning algorithms, integrating sensors, and implementing control systems to ensure intelligent, safe, and efficient robot operation. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and deploy robotic solutions for real-world applications.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, simulate, and program robotic systems for industrial and research applications.
  • Develop and implement motion planning and control algorithms using ROS2 and related frameworks.
  • Integrate sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, and depth sensors into robotic systems.
  • Work with robotic hardware including manipulator arms, grippers, and PLCs.
  • Create and manage robot models using URDF/SRDF, and perform simulation in Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and deploy robot solutions.
  • Utilize Git for version control and maintain development workflows on Linux systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of robotic system performance, safety, and scalability.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or ROS2-based projects.
  • Proficiency in ROS2, Python, and C++ for robot development and control.
  • Experience with simulation tools such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MoveIt, and Rviz.
  • Strong understanding of kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, and control systems.
  • Experience in sensor integration (LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, etc.) and robotic hardware.
  • Proficient with Linux, Git, and software development best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.


Nice-to-Have


  • Experience with Docker or containerized deployments for robotic systems.
  • Exposure to machine vision, AI-based perception, or deep learning for robotics.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation protocols and PLC programming.
  • Experience in deploying robots in real-world environments or production settings.
