Job Description

Role Requirements: Hands-on experience with building intelligent AI application pipelines using OCR, layout parsing, and metadata extraction techniques. Expertise in building vector databases and search indexes using embedding models (OpenAI, Hugging Face models, or proprietary). Strong experience designing semantic and hybrid search frameworks using similarity search libraries (FAISS, Milvus etc.) or cloud-native services (Azure AI Search, AWS OpenSearch, AWS Bedrock etc.) Ability to fine-tune or prompt-tune LLMs for document classification, information retrieval, and summarization tasks. Familiar with knowledge graph creation, indexing strategies, and advanced querying methods for unstructured datasets. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience working on document intelligence, text mining, or search-based AI applications. Proven experience communicating complex ML results and search design choices to business and engineering stakeholders. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
