Senior XA Functional Analyst Record-to-Report (R2R)

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Record-to-Report processes in multiple global entities using XA Financials. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting. Your key responsibilities will include managing the full XA Financials stack which includes GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. You will lead month-end close activities, sub-ledger reconciliations, and audit processes. Additionally, you will be configuring multi-currency, VAT/GST, and statutory ledgers in XA. Collaboration with finance controllers and IT teams for enhancements is a crucial aspect of this role. You will also be tasked with building Cognos/Power BI dashboards by extracting data directly from XA financial tables. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 8 years of experience in XA Financials (IFM & EGL/EFIN) with a deep understanding of ACC* tables and posting flows. A strong accounting foundation is required, with a CPA/ACCA certification being a plus. Hands-on experience with DB2, RPG/CL, ION, and TurnOver will be beneficial. Proficiency in Cognos and/or Power BI is also necessary for this position.,
