Job Description

Job Description: Oversee daily RMC plant operations for efficient and timely concrete production. Plan and schedule concrete batches to meet project demands and delivery schedules. Monitor plant performance and optimize batching for efficiency and minimal wastage. Ensure quality control of all concrete mixes and raw materials per standards (IS Codes). Manage raw material inventory and coordinate procurement for continuous supply. Implement preventive maintenance for all plant machinery and equipment. Lead, train, and supervise plant staff, fostering a productive and safe environment. Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Coordinate concrete dispatch and logistics for timely delivery. Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on production, quality, inventory, and operations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 18 years of experience in the operation and management of a Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. Proven experience in supervising a team in an industrial or plant setting. Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix designs, and relevant IS Codes. Proficiency in operating various types of industrial machinery such as heavy equipment mechanics. Experience working on ready mix concrete projects involving concrete pumps and batching processes.
