The ideal candidate must have prior experience in RMC plant operations and will be responsible for production, logistics, quality control (QC), site supervision, driver management, and sales coordination . Key Responsibilities: Production Management : Oversee batching, ensure optimum plant utilization, and maintain production quality. Logistics & Dispatch : Manage transit mixers, scheduling, and timely deliveries to client sites. Quality Control : Ensure concrete mix design meets client and industry standards, and conduct regular checks.
