Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Implementation of Company process and Policies in RMC division.
Ensure work is being done in a control environment as per HSE SOP
Production planning, scheduling.
Man power planning and deployment.
Plant and TM allocation as per production needs.
Ensure the MPCB guidelines are implemented all across the RMC plant.
Ensure the all required permission and legal statutory requirements are met.
Coordination with cross functional team for smooth execution of concrete supplies.
Production Cost control and Raw material waste management
Optimization of utilization of TM and plant.
Ensure and implement the methods to reduce the impact on the environment due to RMC operations.
Ensure the documentation and update as per IMS requirement
Monitor the day to day Operation of RMC plant and take corrective measures to ensure site requirement are met.
Make MRM report
