Your Mission

Take the company brand to new heights in Tamil Nadu’s design capital. You’ll spearhead business expansion, forge partnerships, and build visibility among premium clientele and projects.

What You’ll Do

·      Develop new business channels with architects, designers, builders, and developers.

·      Position the brand as the preferred choice for luxury stones and interiors in Chennai.

·      Manage project pipelines, client relationships, and high-value negotiations.

·      Collaborate with marketing and showroom teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

·      Strategize and execute business plans to expand brand visibility and sales footprint.

·      Represent Company at exhibitions, design meets, and networking forums.

·      Develop & Execute strategies to increase Market share of the company.

• Build lasting relationships with architects, builders, and premium homeowners.
• Present our luxury stone, marble, and interior solutions with expertise and flair.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while elevating our brand presence.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings & provide right feedback to management.

What We Seek

1. Graduate/MBA with experience in sales or business development
2. 5+ years in business development (luxury interiors, building materials, or marble/tiles/interiors preferred).
3. Deep understanding of Chennai’s construction and design market.
4. A self-starter with vision, persuasion, and leadership flair.
5. Confident communicator with strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
