In this role as a Business Development Manager for a Luxury brand of Natural Stones and Interiors in Chennai, your primary mission will be to elevate the company brand in Tamil Nadu's design capital. Your responsibilities will include developing new business channels, positioning the brand as the preferred choice for luxury stones and interiors, managing project pipelines and client relationships, collaborating with marketing and showroom teams for exceptional client experiences, strategizing business plans for brand visibility and sales expansion, representing the company at exhibitions and networking forums, and building lasting relationships with architects, builders, and premium homeowners. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets while staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable feedback to management. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/MBA with experience in sales or business development. - 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in luxury interiors, building materials, or marble/tiles/interiors sector. - Deep understanding of Chennai's construction and design market. - Strong self-starter with vision, persuasion, and leadership skills. - Confident communicator with strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities.
