Educate customers on the long-term benefits of regular solar panel maintenance, the importance of AMCs, and the value proposition of SolarSquare's services.
Pitch and discuss with high-quality leads for the sales team by doing the pre warm up calls with potential customers for AMC services.
Participate in local promotional events, workshops, and awareness drives to maximize reach and engagement.
Gather market feedback, customer insights, and intelligence from the field to inform marketing strategies during Customer interactions.
Maintain a positive and professional brand image of Assure by SolarSquare during all interactions..

Need to Have

Strong customer empathy
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse customer types via Phone calls
Basic Computer Knowledge in Excel, and Whatsapp for reporting
A basic understanding of solar energy and its benefits (training will be provided).

Nice to Have

Experience in the electrical / energy sector / BPO / KPO experience
