Role Description

This is a full-time RM & SRM role located on-site in Pali. The RM & SRM will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing appropriate funding solutions. Daily tasks include analyzing creditworthiness, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of real estate and non-real estate financial markets
• Experience in relationship management and customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
