Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager (RM) located in Rajkot. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, processing loan applications, assisting clients with inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date client records. They will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, analyzing financial products, and ensuring daily compliance with industry regulations while delivering superior customer service.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer relationship management and client support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services, specifically home loans and property construction finance
• Sales and target achievement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant education or certifications in finance or related fields are a plus
