Budget - upto 8 LPA Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and field executives. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Drive lead generation and client acquisition in the NBFC and home loan segment. Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal departments.
