Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager - Prime Mortgages - DSA The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage industry, with a strong background in managing complex client relationships and leading high-performing teams

Roles and Responsibility
  • Achieve business targets for assigned areas through the DSA network
  • Track DSA performance and ensure quality sourcing across regions
  • Onboard, train, and engage DSAs for consistent lead generation and quality conversions
  • Conduct regular reviews with DSA partners and field staff to drive performance
  • Ensure all partner-sourced files comply with process norms and documentation requirements
  • Flag and mitigate risks by monitoring sourcing patterns and trends
  • Work closely with DSAs to ensure timely and professional customer interactions and act as the point of contact for service issues and complaint resolution
  • Encourage and track the use of digital platforms by DSA teams for faster TAT and visibility
Job Requirements
  • Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the mortgage industry, with at least 2-3 years in HL and LAP
  • Possess strong sales orientation, proficiency in managing complex client relationships, and diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, along with skill in managing large, geographically spread teams and coaching/mentoring team members
  • Exhibit competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment and a strong risk and compliance mindset
  • Be adept at communication and interpersonal skills
