Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Risk Management or Compliance position located in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk analysis, implementing enterprise risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks also include developing risk mitigation plans, preparing risk assessment reports, and collaborating with teams to maintain organizational standards and regulatory adherence. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization’s financial interests and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify key trends
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent Communication skills to provide clear and concise reporting
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle complex risk-related scenarios effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in risk management or compliance roles
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements and regulations
