Risk Compliance Manager

We’re Hiring: Risk & Compliance Manager

Location:

investment risk

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and regulatory risks

• Develop and maintain risk registers, dashboards, and reports

PFRDA, SEBI

• Support internal audits and inspections with relevant documentation

• Implement and review risk management frameworks and controls

• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, operations, and legal teams

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 CA / MBA (Finance) / FRM / Master’s in Finance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science

🧠 Strong understanding of risk methodologies, governance, and regulatory frameworks

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
