Risk Compliance Manager

As a Risk & Compliance Manager at our company, your role will involve: - Identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational, financial, and regulatory risks - Developing and maintaining risk registers, dashboards, and reports - Ensuring compliance with PFRDA, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines - Supporting internal audits and inspections with relevant documentation - Implementing and reviewing risk management frameworks and controls - Collaborating with actuarial, finance, operations, and legal teams To qualify for this role, you should have: - CA / MBA (Finance) / FRM / Masters in Finance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science - 3-7 years of experience in risk or compliance roles, preferably from investment management or pension fund background - Strong understanding of risk methodologies, governance, and regulatory frameworks Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in risk assessment tools and reporting - Strong communication and stakeholder management If you are looking for a new challenge in a growing and regulated investment environment, we encourage you to apply by sending your application with an updated resume to tanvi.parab@suninfosystems.net.,
