About The Role

The Risk and Compliance Specialist II will be at the forefront of rebuilding Uber to be a brand not only known for its outstanding product, but for its awesome customer service; deliver only the best customer service for Restaurant Partners globally across multiple support platforms: email, live chat, instant messaging, and phone.

Your Impact In Role

  • Support the team with policy updates, bugs, outages and blocking issues
  • Work on content development in case of gaps in the SOPs/KB pages
  • Pitch in for facilitating training, onboarding as well as refresher trainings
  • Work along with TLs on improving the team's TPH, R2, insights & impact metric

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record to provide detailed support for blocking issues and be the go-to person for any policy related concerns
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying trends and insights. Confirmed understanding of Google sheets is a must, SQL knowledge is a bonus
  • Work in a 24x7 support environment, pro-actively take initiatives/ suggest improvements and work closely with the TLs in carrying out projects
  • Ability to train new hires, floorwalkers and set up them up for success when they start of production
  • Be a positive doer and strong Uber culture advocate; support the team in the TL's absence
  • Impeccable verbal and written skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be in the current roles for 6 months at least
  • Extensive experience dealing with different risk, safety & compliance teams and having a good understanding of Fraud is a must
  • Has confirmed the ability to be organized and detailed in the completion of tasks
  • Tried analytical success and the capacity for developing / understanding strategy
  • Hands-on experience carrying out an initiative from start to finish. Achieves project goals while handling scope, time, quality and risk. Learn from failures as well as successes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items. Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and running multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand sophisticated concepts and work across multiple functions and teams. Demonstrate initiative, persistence, ability to problem tackle, and passion for learning new skills. Offer creative thinking and solutions
