Role Description

We are looking for an experienced RFP Writer with strong knowledge of U.S. State, Local, and Education (SLED) government procurement. The role involves analyzing bids, drafting clear and compliant responses, and creating persuasive content that highlights our technical strengths.Responsibilities: • Review SLED RFPs and develop accurate, compliant, and well-structured proposals. • Write detailed technical, management, and past performance sections that describe solution design, delivery approach, resource planning, and organizational capabilities while aligning with agency requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate inputs and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.Qualifications: • Any degree (preferably in English, Business, or Communication). • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RFP writing for U.S. SLED agencies. • Excellent written English and strong proposal organization skills. • Experience coordinating with SMEs for technical and management content. • Willingness to learn and work as a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about producing winning proposals, we would like to hear from you.
