Job Description

As a member of the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) function at bp, you will be part of a team dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where all individuals can excel. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Assisting in sourcing and managing indirect supplies and services through competitive bid processes - Ensuring adherence to reward vendor processes and policies - Supporting on/off boarding vendors - Maintaining key metrics for cost auditing and benchmarking - Involvement in vendor invoice processing, tender/RFP processes, research on vendors, supplier set-up, and annual vendor management processes To excel in this position, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, or a related field - At least 3 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Excel and understanding of vendor contract language - Fluency in English - Skills such as contracts expertise, negotiation, vendor management, communication, business insight, process improvement, change management, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, agility, creativity, resilience, teamwork, and customer-centric thinking In addition to the above qualifications, you should possess a process improvement approach, a growth mindset, cultural adaptability, and the ability to work across different time zones. bp offers an excellent working environment with an inclusive culture, work-life balance, learning and development opportunities, life and health insurance, and various other benefits.
