Job Description

As a member of the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) function at bp, you will play a crucial role in fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where all individuals can excel. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing and managing indirect supplies and services through competitive bid processes - Ensuring adherence to reward vendor processes and policies - Supporting on/off boarding vendors - Maintaining key metrics for cost auditing and benchmarking - Involvement in vendor invoice processing, tender/RFP processes, research on vendors, supplier set-up, and annual vendor management processes To excel in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, or a related field - At least 3 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Excel and understanding of vendor contract language - Fluency in English - Process improvement approach, growth mindset, cultural adaptability, and ability to work across different time zones Key skills required for this position include expertise in contracts, negotiation, vendor management, communication, business insight, process improvement, change management, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, agility, creativity, resilience, teamwork, and customer-centric thinking.
