Reverse Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

The Executive - Reverse Logistics will be responsible for managing the reverse logistics process, ensuring efficient handling of returned products, and optimizing the return supply chain. This role involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate the return process and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the reverse logistics process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding returns.
• Analyze return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the return supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare reports on return metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 0- 1 Years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Experience in reverse logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
