Job Description:
We are seeking a Reverse Logistics Executive to efficiently manage product returns in our e-commerce operations. The role requires strong coordination, computer handling, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth returns process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end customer returns, replacements, and refunds.

· Inspect returned products and ensure proper categorization (resell, repair, scrap).

· Coordinate with logistics partners for reverse pick-ups and timely delivery.

· Update return status in ERP/Excel and maintain accurate reports.

· Track and minimize return-related losses.

· Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve issues.

· Ensure adherence to company policies and timelines for returns.

· Identify recurring return reasons and share insights for process improvement.

· Any other task related to the mentioned profile as assigned by Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

· Any Graduate with authorized University.

· 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce / logistics preferred.

· Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent coordination skills.

· Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
