We are seeking an incumbent to oversee billing, revenue cycle, and MIS reporting. The role involves coordination across teams to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and SAP system management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage MTD, YTD, quarterly, and annual revenue MIS
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate data collection
Support budgeting and forecasting updates
Review energy generation (farm & rooftop) and ensure billing as per PPA terms
Raise invoices for late fees, interest, deemed generation, and early payment discounts
Collaborate with O&M, Billing, and BD teams to resolve disputes and delays
Maintain energy billing master files and reconcile with accounting system
Prepare collection and outstanding MIS reports for management
Handle SAP-related issues, reporting, and troubleshooting
Respond to customer queries and ensure timely onboarding and first billing

Must-Have Skills

SAP (billing and revenue cycle experience)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
, Word & Outlook
Strong analytical and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
Exposure to deemed generation and PPA-based billing

Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years in AR, billing, or revenue cycle
Techno-commercial graduate / Semi-qualified CA / CWA / MBA preferred
